    Enjoy a range of group visit experiences at Llancaiach Fawr Manor. Take a look at the options below, if you require something slightly different, please let us know. We can tailor group visits to your needs based upon travel times, the time available within your itinerary and your group size.

    Booking for day tours is only required for groups of ten visitors or more which can be done by phoning 01443 412248. For groups of fewer than ten people, admission fees can be paid at reception upon arrival.

    Please note that groups of 10 or more must book in advance of visiting. Visitors who would like to visit in the mornings during term time should check availability as we may have a school group onsite.

    Group Visit Rates (from 1st April 2024)

    • Tour (below 20 visitors) – £7.95 per person
    • Tour (above 20 visitors)- £6.95 per person
    • Tour and Workshop (below 20 visitors) – £7.95 pp for the tour, £50 per workshop
    • Tour and Workshop (above 20 visitors) – £9.95
    • Tour and Group Afternoon Tea – £15.95

    Facilities and Food & Drink

    The Manor is fixed in the 17th century but all the facilities required by modern-day visitors are provided in the Visitor Centre including Exhibition, Gift Shop, Coffee Lounge and licensed Conservatory Restaurant. We provide wheelchair access throughout the site with a lift in the Manor House and disabled access toilets in the Visitor Centre.

    Daytime and Evening tours for up to 90 people can be arranged for groups and a wide range of catering options are also available including afternoon & cream teas, light lunches, hot & cold buffets, historic 17th century or specifically Welsh menus, two or three course daytime or evening dinners.

    We offer a range of advance booking options for groups in The Conservatory Restaurant or Coffee Lounge. Take a look at some sample menus below.

    Parking and Access

    We have ample free coach parking with doorstep drop off access to the visitor centre. We are situated 20 minutes from Cardiff and just minutes from the M4, A470 and the Heads of the Valleys Road allowing easy access for single destination visits or as part of a tour with visitor attractions close by.
